Since they switched to the Chip reader cards my husband and I both have had our information stolen 3 times (two in the last two weeks) and only one of the incidents was caught by the fraud department. When I called they helped me but the third time they did not deactivate my card and it was used again for 200$. Which again was not caught by the fraud department and was only caught because we look at our accounts so often.

I had the worst service here. The guy had no idea how to transfer money to an other credit union. I had to help him, In the transfer he took extra money out of my account. I will never bank here again.

Worst bank ever have 1200 in checking over 3000 in savings and my card is getting declined everywhere cannot even pay my bills getting late charges from their incompetents.... DO NOT BANK HERE!!
