I called WP credit union on their automated phone service. I was asked to give my social security number which I did then I was asked to give it again which I did the machine said the two numbers did not match. So we tried it again two more times same result. So I called the non-automated phone service spoke to a person and asked them for my balance on my mortgage loan. They said they would transfer me to the mortgage department. I got in other automated system which traped me in a continually looping circle of the same questions over and over. After five minutes on the phone in total frustration I hung up not knowing my mortgage balance. Terrible service.

Great job by all workers but place is to small long lines need to be more people working to keep line short and sweet. Driver thru needs to also be done the same way line way to long . We have other things to do than wait in line. this is my main reason for 2 star.Also going on 4 weeks now just to talk with them about a VA homeloan.

Their phone service is horrendous - changing a payment on a credit card takes FOUR DAYS to go through, and its nearly IMPOSSIBLE to talk to anyone without your member ID on hand. When you finally do get connected to humans, they pass you from person to person repeatedly EDIT - i think they got their phone line worked out - 4 stars!

Yet another business with an automated telephone system that results in a whole lot of wasted time on hold followed by no help whatsoever. They do not value your time. They do not care. Go to Home City or Security National Bank if you are in Springfield. They are local and they care - AND SOMEONE ANSWERS THEIR PHONES!!!!!!!!
