Had this company for a few years. People in the local office very nice. State Farm: terrible company. Took over a year to pay a lightening damage claim. No help what so ever in finding contractor. Had a wind damage claim 2 years after lightening claim. Company cancelled our policy for claim activity. We had no control over the weather. The lightening/storm fried the electric in big barn, small barn and several areas of house. The wind claim was for a storm ripping the roof off of our big barn and part of small barn and house. Tell me how we have any control over these thing? Horrible company, I would say you get what you pay for (they advertise being cheaper). Maybe State FARM should stick to urban customers who are not as affected by Natures Whims.
