Hired them after my wreck, had bad back problems and could not work nor could i ever do my job of 26 years again, signed my agreement for a 60/40 divide of gross profits and 2 years later after much therapy and resuming a desk job making much less than my previous job they settle for around $19K and I received a little over $2000, not a 60/40 by far and when i tried to get an answer why they cut me off from all contacts not responding to my calls or faxes, highly recommend you steer clear of these guys who are only out to line their pockets.

I do not recommend this law firm to anyone if you are trying to receive money back from an auto accident...i drove to therapy n different neuro doctors that where suggest by my attorney J.H at the law office in auburn...when it was all said n done my attorney and doctors got paid triple times the amount that I did...it took almost a year to receive my settlement...i was very unsatisfied with the performance and recommend you to use anyone but this law firm. your only gonna make them rich. I receive 40 they received 60

He hires convicted felons convicted of theft of credit/debit card and also been know to steal identities and get credit cards in others names and identities so i would be very cautious of giving personal information like DOB SS# and all that! You might win the car but with this female working there you might owe out more than you make so good luck dealing with Slocumb Law Firm and its thieving employees!

They DO NOT have their clients best interest. They will take advantage of you. Lack of communication, attorney is never available. The percentage is too high 40%.
