Went to get a preferred parking permit a few weeks ago and had a great experience. I was only able to show up right at the end of the day since that was the only time I could get off of work. The staff was very helpful and even called down to the cashier to makes sure they could process the payment at the end of the day! Overall, great group of people working there!
