I came across Newfie on a google search to finance the home I have been living in for 5 years. I am self employed and other lenders would not consider to add back depreciation to my income, so the calculations got me approved for a home valued at what I make in about 14 months. It was pretty discouraging. Then I called Andy Chau, and he said it was no problem to use my actual income and add back in the depreciation from my tax return. The process was pretty easy and closed on time. Andy was very good at communicating through the process, answering all my questions via email or phone, and coming up with a couple solutions to close the deal. I highly recommend Newfi.
