Worst experience ever! I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. The customer service agents are rude and the supervisors are even more ridiculous. This place is extremely unprofessional, unproductive, and unorganized. After my policy is up I will be looking for more reliable service elsewhere, I’m sure the Cracker Jack box gives out better insurance than Discovery.
