Have driven past on my way to Shoreline Fitness hundreds of times and never noticed AAA tucked back in the corner! As usual, they were "there" when I needed them. Had passport photos taken and everyone was very pleasant and helpful. Also noticed the store was full of information about local places and far away destinations. as well as all sorts of helpful travel items.

Worst experience ever. The girl taking the pictures was rude. She was not understanding and created customer fustration. I had to call the corporate office to make a complaint. I was never able to get a duplicate copy of my license and they never returned my 5 dollar processing fee until I called to claim it back

Getting your license renewal is much faster at the AAA in Old Saybrook then going to the motor vehicle department motor vehicle department was 7 hours of a wait the AAA was 30 minutes

I opted to do my license renewal here rather than the DMV, and it was a great decision! Only took 20 - 30 minutes, which was much better than 2+ hours it would have taken at the DMV.

As far as AAA insurance with this Old Saybrook office, I can never get through to my agent, "All circuits are busy..." is what I keep getting with the 860-388-**** phone number.

I had to get my license renewed the parking lot at DMV was packed I simply went to AAA I was In-N-Out in 5 minutes and they were so nice and so polite and helpful
