I have to say that I had the remarkable service when I went into the Great Florida office on Bee Ridge. I was greeted by Breeze Lozano, who was very attentive and understanding that I had limited time. She was extremely knowledgeable and I felt went beyond just to help me find the right policy to fit my needs with my tight budget. While there, Breeze also informed me of other possible insurance needs that I will be considering down the road. This office is very nice and has a great atmosphere. It was a pleasure to work with someone who treated you like an actual person and not just "another customer". Thank you Breeze!!! I have found my new agent!!

I have worked with this company for years in Sarasota and lately I have been working with Brook Dolison. I have nothing but good things to say about Brook and the company. Brook is extremely helpful and responsive. He emails me back quickly and even called me on my cell to take payment and sent info about my policy to a mortgage company that I am working with on a new house purchase. I am very impressed by the high level of customer service. I have also found over the years that they are able to find the lowest prices on insurance of my residence and investment houses and cars.
