BEWARE!!! I went here to get car insurance which I was happy with and signed up. However they will pressure you into other types of insurance and I asked for a quote for homeowners insurance which they did the quote for but was told I needed to get a roof inspection first. I told them repeatedly I could not afford it and did not want homeowners insurance yet. However I received a bill in the mail from State Farm for almost $300 charging me for 3 months?? of home insurance that I never signed up for nor agreed to verbally or otherwise. I called the office and asked George personally to resolve this and he has not as I was furious to find today that I had received another letter demanding money which looks like it is heading towards collections. I would like to say that if this bogus charge is reported to a credit agency I will be taking formal action against George/State Farm. I will try once more to call about this on Monday otherwise I will have no option but to instruct my attorney.

Unfortunately my experience with this office has been poor. I like Mr. Quarterman and Winifred but the service has been awful. I’ve been into his office a few times to resolve multiple issues with my auto, home and life insurance. I feel like I keep getting the run around and no one can give me a straight honest answer. I didn’t mind paying more for insurance with the hope that the service would be well worth it. I’ve used other State Farm agents in the past and never had such a difficult time. I do not want to divulge too much personal information but I’ll just say they couldn’t get my vehicles straight on my account. I’m paying for 3 cars and only own 2. They supposedly missed billing me for one month, so they are making up for it by more than doubling my monthly payment for 5 months. While obtaining homeowners insurance I was giving incorrect information numerous times. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I must say what a relief to get someone who goes the extra step to help with all my insurance needs..Then provided me info on other things that i didnt even know State Farm offered...I would recommend anyone looking for insurance,financial, loans etc to give her a call. This is one State Farm i can feel good about...Great service..
