My daughter had a dead battery due to having accessories accidentally left on in the car in a grocery store parking lot. After having a AAA membership since 1977, I had encouraged her to get one as well. She confidently called for a battery charge. Because of small children including a 3 month old infant in 97 degree weather with a thunderstorm rumbling in, she was told that they normally would take an hour but due to the small infant they would be there in 25 minutes. AFTER AN HOUR, NO ONE HAD SHOWN UP. She called again. This time they said they would find out where the driver was and would call her back. When they called, she reiterated that she had the 3 month old suffering in her hot car, and was told no one wanted to come out that far. Mind you, she was in Sarasota Florida at the intersection of Beneva and Clark Roads, which is a major intersection. After breaking into tears, she finally went in to Publix and the manager, Enrique, came out in the rain and using his truck, came to the rescue. I WILL NOT BE RENEWING MY MEMBERSHIP WITH AAA.

I am currently trying to deal with some affairs for may 90 year old father who recently moved to assisted living. He had been insured with this agency for years. Apparently, he missed making his payment on his condo insurance summer - he was not in the habit of not paying bills so this was not caught until now. Apparently there was no attempt to follow up and send any other type of notice that I could locate that he had missed the payment. When calling to see what I could do to rectify the situation, I was transferred in circles to various offices over and over. I finally got someone who seemed to be helpful and we were on verge of getting new policy in place, but I was lacking a piece of information. She gave me a good time and a number to call her back with the piece of information. I called, and she was busy so someone took a message for me, and then that was it - never heard from her. So not impressed.

Although I had to wait about 15 mintues for my turn to come up, it was okay because the reason is that you are not hurried through. They take their time with you to ensure your needs were all met. I went for a trip tik and was very pleased with the information provided and the lady who helped me (sorry, cannot remember her name). She was very congenial; and obviously liked dealing with the public. Thank you.

The over all experience was great, i was there to make an International drivers licence, the people was very friendly, the service was fast, the only thing is that the ink they use on the AAA rubber stamp , never dried on the picture side. We left it out for four days, open, but even then the ink was as wet as when they put it on. So when we closed the booklet after 4 days it still got smeared.

We love to go to AAA on Bee Ridge in Sarasota. We love Tracy, the best travel agent one could have. Lots of info on the best and most reasonable places to stay, on Disney and all parks, Key West. She can find the finest things to do that you may never find on your own. So friendly, efficient and considerate. Also great insurance help upstairs. Edward makal

Went in to get a route from Sarasota to Daytona avoiding I-4 and the Orlando area. After a long wait the attendant tried but could only get her software to give the I-4 route. Quite disappointing. I got a Florida map and between old fashioned map reading and some suggestions I found on Google, I figured it out for myself.

I have never been disappointed with the assistance I have received from the booking agents. You must however be patient as some customers have greater needs than others. Have been a member since 1973. Service was excellent went in for a trip ticket from Florida to New Jersey. The service representative could not have been more helpful. It only took less than 30 minutes to put together an entire package that was exactly necessary. I would highly recommend this service to anyone.

My membership has paid for itself again!! Our garage keypad did not work after returning from a walk. AAA sent a locksmith in under 45 minutes to open my car so I could get the garage door opener. The service man was polite, friendly and quick! Thank you once again for making my membership very worthwhile!!?

Wanted to get some maps and info for weekend trip. Called number on card and was told I could pick up at the area office. Signed in and waited for over 25 minutes for someone, finally gave up and just took some flyers. Should be able to call ahead to pick up a packet.
