I woke the other morning with the intention of renewing my license. There was more of a sense of urgency because the State is putting the rates up as of July 1st, 2014. Big surprise. I dreaded the idea of the RI DMV, then remembered I could do it at AAA. I was in an out in 10 minutes vs the hour plus it would have taken at the DMV; not to mention the horrible attitude from the people working there. I encountered the most wonderful staff at the Reservoir Ave. branch! They were personable, professional, efficient and genuinely empathetic in their handling of me and every person I witnessed them assist. I ended up speaking at length with the receptionist while waiting for the rain to slow down and it turns out she has been with AAA for 20 years...and she was still smiling and happy. Awesome! Five Stars from Me! *****

Service was excellent at the AAA building, but the Trip-Tik I received was not. I contact AAA to put together a Tri-Tik for a vacation at the Finger Lakes in NY. I was hoping I would receive a package that would be full of information about the area. Instead I received a package with a detailed mapped route, a New York State guidebook , that had little to do with the Finger Lakes, and a Finger Lake brochure that was mostly advertisements for where to stay. I was disappointed that there was not any other information about the area. I ended up using Trip Advisor the entire time, which was loaded with activities and restaurants. I only wish that AAA could have provided the same type of information. After all, I pay about $150 per year (four memberships) to AAA and Trip Advisor is free!

My most recent trip to AAA was awful. I realized that I am paying money for my premium membership for no reason. I could have been a non- member and still gotten my license renewed without any problem. There was only one line for members as well as non members. I had an hour and a half wait before I was able to get to the counter. In addition to that, people were cutting-in the middle of the line and no AAA staff was there to control this. I an considering not renewing my membership for next year since I rarely go to AAA for anything other than registry issues.

Through our business, we do many registrations through AAA. The staff at AAA are always pleasant, professional and courteous. Although there was a line, it did move quickly. They are always willing to help you in the process. Having someone checking to make sure that you have the right forms is a huge help so that when you get to the counter, you are good to go. I had been recently in AAA a few times and they remembered who I was. That is the kind of service that you appreciate. Thanks for your efforts.

This place is clean and well organized. It lost two stars because they make the AAA members wait in line with the non-members, I think there should be two separate lines, one for members and another one for non-members since members have to pay at least $55 for AAA membership. The travel agent I met was a joke, I asked for some recommendations for my trip to Canada, she told me to look online and make reservations. She sent me home with a travel guide!

I stopped by the Cranston AAA office to renew my drivers license. I knew that stopping there would be quicker than going to the registry. It was late morning when I finally got there and there was a substantial line of about 18 people. There were two gentlemen waiting on the people in line so it went fairly quickly. I was waited on, received my temporary license and walked out the door in just under an hour. Hurray!

I visited AAA on Reservoir Ave, in Cranston twice this week, first to renew my car registration and the next time was to purchase tickets for the Cinema. The person behind the desk was pleasant and the Registry area was fast moving. I was able to complete both transactions within 10 minutes during my lunch hour. Way to go AAA in the past I stood in line for a good hour. Thank you for putting the customer first.

AAA has always, and am very sure, will continue to offer the best service. I had let my membership lapse due to a crazy schedule and not updating my current email info. When I called, the 2 people I spoke with were so kind and offered without resistance to reinstate my membership. AAA is one of the best peace of mind policies you could ever have! I was renewing my registration and it was the end of the month. Although there was a long line, it moved rather quickly and while I was waiting in line an associate asked to see my documents to assure I had everything I needed to complete the process, in effort to keep the line moving for all. I will definately use AAA again for my registry needs to avoid the DMV.

Being so busy with all trying to service your coustemers and state renewals you should have a line for each a lot of time was wasted on people with double address es after all time could not get license and ones on temp visias also could not get there license and trying to sell people AAA membership that did not belong a member waiting over a hour.

I took a road trip a couple of weeks ago and remembered that AAA did trip tix, it was the day before i was leaving and thought it was to late to call but was pleasantly surprised when the gentleman who took my call said it would be ready for pick up the next day. Wish I could remember his name. Very helpful, went out of his way to start working on it.

I recently moved and had to change my registration and license info. The receptionist greeted me, pointed out the forms to fill out which took a few minutes, then I waited in line less than 10 minutes for my turn. Had my picture taken, paid the $6 DMV fee, and was done. Friendly professional service, good attitude, pleasant experience.

Greatest office of AAA I have ever been to....I really could not believe what a great group of employee you have in this office you should send them out to other offices to train others. They make each customer feel special, they are a credit to your business. I live in West Warwick but will go out of my way to use the Cranston office.

Everyone is always kind and respectful at this branch. The day I went in to The AAA the line was going out the door. But the staff did a great job making sure everyone had the right paperwork filled out before you went up to the window. I was renewing my membership and car registration. You would never know if it was a crazy day.

I went for movie tickets. The line moved quickly. The young man that waited on me was friendly, knowledgeable about the tickets and just had a great personality. Went in to change my name and address on my id. I had my 14 month old daughter with me. I was able to print out the paperwork at home and there was no wait. We walked right up to the man behind the desk and were out before my toddler could get bored and throw a fit. Great service

I recently had to re-register two of my vehicles. Although there was a line, at the counter, it moved very quickly. I was assisted by two very courteous and friendly AAA associates and the transactions were handle very smoothly. This sure beats going to the RI DMV!!!!

I recently needed several papers to be notarized. I went to the Cranston R.I.. AAA office . I was greeted with prompt and courteous service. As a AAA member since around 1965 that was always the case.This service saved me time and money. AAA does a great job.

I was very pleased with my visit to AAA. I had to do a registry service and a tow reimbursement and both services went smoothly. If you can do your registry services at AAA then do it! It certainly beats the DMV any time of the day and any day of the week!

I went last week to renew my drive license and renew my license plates. It was so quick and easy in and out with 10 mins. The staff there are so helpful and friendly. I say if you have triple a go to one of there offices. Better than waiting in line at dmv.

Used AAA to renew my license on a Friday afternoon. Only one person in front of me, the young lady that helped me out was very pleasant and the entire process took less than 20 minutes. This is worth the cost of AAA membership on its own.
