EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE .I CALLED THEM TO INQUIRE ABOUT COST TO INSURE A CAR . Spoke with Annette , who immediately took my billing information and proceeded to bill mr on my account without notifying me. I called her back to inform her that I sold my car . Therefore no insurance needed. She did not mention to me about her action done to my account. She should be fired . Told her I did not have enough money to cover this; she went ahead and billed me without my signature on thisi insurance policy . My credit union charged me $29.00 for insufficient funds . Do not talk to Annette : she is a lousy, hungry for money and should be FIRED .

AAA insurance is the best. Annette is my insurance lady, I appreciate the fact that Annette answers all my questions, is patient and through. I recently filed a claim and I expected my premiums to more than double she found me a very reasonable rate that I am comfortable with. So far she has always gotten me what I need in my price range … cheap. When paying for the insurance premiums its worse than a root canal but when you need it ahhh it’s there I can sleep better at night thanks Annette for going the extra mile

Absolute WORST insurance company. I have called NUMEROUS times and left messages with my agent, as well as with the receptionist. I have been calling for the last 7 days to make changes to my policy. NOW I have cancelled due to the unprofessional conduct that has come from my agent. I do not recommend ANYBODY to this agency. I saved $1500 A YEAR BY SWITCHING INSURANCE COMPANIES!!!!! Word to the wise, your clients are what keep you employed. Keep this up and you wont have any left.
