When I moved to Texas, I researched insurance options online and found The Phoenix. I was impressed at how quickly they responded to my initial inquiry. (I have found they are this quick with every inquiry I have ever sent them!) They are not only extremely friendly and professional (particularly Jason Olson, with whom I typically work), but they work hard to find the best coverage for the best price and really were helpful in advising me on my insurance needs. I never felt pressured to go with coverage I did not need. The Phoenix Insurance was a great find when I first moved and took the stress off working with a new insurance company in a new city. I have and will continue to recommend them to friends and family. I would urge anyone to at least contact them to experience the service (and savings, by the way) of working with The Phoenix Insurance team. Thanks Jason!

I have had all of my modified cars on insurance plans from the Phoenix Insurance. My agent Jason, has been super helpful and extremely responsive to all of my questions and requests. Even small things like asking for proof of insurance, insurance confirmation, or even questions for friends he gets back to me immediately. I have had 3 Vipers, a restored 280z, and a GTR policy with them and could not be happier. When my Datsun was caught in a spring hail storm, I simply called Jason who got me in touch with my insurance company and worked out the details. A week later a check was in the mail and my car was in the shop getting repaired.

I recently decided to leave the company that had served me continuously since 1967, and to have Phoenix handle all my insurance needs. This decision was very easy to make because Phoenix, especially Jason Olson, MADE it easy. They found better coverage with another national firm, at lower cost, and provided easy-to-digest-and-understand material, which was very helpful. My Summation: Right Coverage by the Right People. I highly recommend allowing Phoenix to assess your current coverages, and provide you with a much better value, with the added comfort of knowing what you need has been covered.

I spent a few nights after work looking for a cheap quote online, and got quotes $300 more than expected and spam calls. A coworker told me to call Phoenix we.talked for 20 min and after 1 hour, I got a qoute cheaper than I ever expected with No spam calls and no hassle. I accepted the quote, payed through the phone and almost instantly was insured and able to drive my new car off the lot. This company saved me over $1200 a year for my home and vehicles. They are knowledgeable, helpful, and you can tell they enjoy their jobs! When I wrecked my car they were there every step of the way, calling the insurance company for me, following up, and dealing with the body shop. I never had to sit on hold waiting for an operator or trying to get through an automated service. These guys know insurance.
