Customer service at its best......i can believe how friendly these agents are.....its not like they want to sell us their policy instead they want to buy us the best policy as per our need and interest....i was assisted by Mr Shrestha....from the way he introduced policies choices to how well he explained each of them...eventually suggesting the best for me was flawless....i highly recommend people to go visit this place....you will get an experience you will never regret having...

Horrible service, i had to pay late fees because they are to busy to take a payment over the phone and tell you to call back when I did they took my number and said they would call me back, but NEVER did. (THIS PLACE NEEDS BETTER MANAGEMENT AND A BRAND NEW STAFF!!!) I would give them a half start if it let me.
