I would not use them again ever. At closing, my mortgage company paid them on my behalf to pay for my home insurance annual premium. The payment did not reach the insurance company in time as was explained to me. I realized this only when the insurance company notified me that my policy was cancelled due to non-payment of insurance. They did not even have a courtesy to apologize! Even through the closing process, they were slow to respond and would respond after our attorney send them reminders.

Not your typical title insurance company. As a first time buyer I had no clue what I was doing in terms of shopping for the right title insurance. Thankfully, Brian McGroarty, who simplified everything for me, even the price! I would strongly recommend this company for anyone who is currently in the market.

They missed a charge from the city that was in existence at the time of their title search. I ended up having to pay $277 that that the seller should have paid at closing. When I asked them to look into the matter, I was repeatedly ignored. Incompetent and unprofessional.
