Anna, the service representative was great. She explained the support service contract options & was very clear to what was being provided. John, the Service Experts technician arrived on time and worked very efficiently to service our HVAC unit. He explained the need for changing the filters on a 3-6 month basis in view of our home environment as well as other tasks that need to be addressed on a regular basis. Both Anna and John were very professional and courteous. They were very respectful. I signed up for the year payment program which was easily setup. Definitely will recommend Freschi Service Experts going forward.
