We contracted Service Experts through their Costco affilation. Youhan called us immediately was very polite and professional. We felt he was very honest and presenting our options and felt no pressure to buy. the new new equipment was ordered promptly and arrived on time along with Val and Michael the installers.They were professional, polite, clean and effecient, They had to fabricate custom sheet metal on site to get the new system to work with our old installation and they did it with good craftsmanship. Are particular installation required a third-party Crane Company to be hired. They were two hours late in arriving but Val and Michael stayed late to ensure the project got completed and we were trained satisfied before they left. We highly recommend Service Experts!

I am a long time customer of Service Experts. I have always appreciated their great customer service. Over the years I have found all of their representatives to be professional, prompt, knowledgeable and respectful of my home. This was especially true with my recent experience when Bryce Pierce came to service my heater. He performed the regular maintenance service, but also pointed out an issue that needed attention. He walked me through the problem and resolution. (Both of which usually sound like a foreign language.) He scheduled a follow-up appointment when the part was available and was here promptly as planned. I appreciate a service provider that does what they say they will do! Service Experts (formerly Commerford) technician, David, not only diagnosed the big problem we were confronted with st the time but also, offered his expertise and advice in order for us to acquire the most efficient replacement system suited to our needs, in the most economical way. We ended up saving a lot of headaches and money in costly repairs. He worked with us from start to finish, ensuring that the job was done to our satisfaction and that we were happy with the result. Val and Michael were great for the installation of my new furnace. They were very professional, even going up in the attic to make sure the vent was attached correctly to the outside and then going under the house to check out and reattach some of my ducts to the vents. And before leaving made sure that I understood how my new thermostat works. I have been a customer of Service Experts for several years and highly recommend them. They also had a metal recycler stop by the house to take away the old furnace!!

The furnace at my house in Danville began to malfunction after a power outage and surge. The fan would not turn off, and the burners would not ignite to produce heat. I contacted Service Experts in Dublin and made an appointment for the next day. Ninos and Ron came to the house and resolved the problem in minutes. Ninos then performed a thorough inspection of the furnace, shared the details of his findings, and made some very practical recommendations.

I have the annual maintenance service contract, so they keep track and call me to arrange appointments. They do everything, including filter changes on the returns in the ceilings. Sergio Aranda is very good, if you are looking for a tech to use. After all these years, I learned things from him that no other tech ever explained, which is important for me to know, to extend the life of my equipment!
