Briana is the agent that helped me with my insurance. On april 5th i sent all of my documents to her to start my policy. Today April 18 I find that I have 5 letters in the mail which icluded my isurance cancellation and a check. I went to this location and gave Briana proof. I left and contacted my insurance myself just to find that i now have another payment due on the 28th for 100 dollars when i already payed 140 which equals 240 for the month ( for some reason this was hard for them to understand) the check my isurance sent me was for $75... what am i going to do with a $75 check when my payment is a 100. Im done with this company and the company they recomended which is safeway. Neither company bothered to call me and let me know my insurance was cancelled but both companies were more than happy to take my money.

This place is not good, I mean when you get in the building, no one cares to see you, or ask you what you go, all the say to you is filled out the paperwork, and went you try to ask them question, no one is available to answer your question. ... I will never go there again, plus they always on the phone, while taking care of a costume
