Your explanation of my policy was easily understood as you informed me of my package in “layman’s” terms. The time you took to walk me through the process was so “unlike” the other companies that I researched and it was your due diligence that led me to decide to use State Farm to cover my insurance needs on my vehicles. Auto insurance rate increase every 6 months for no reason I have No tickets no Dui no violations whatsoever just excuses and its not our fault I told them this time fix or im leaving . now to the life insurance section they treated my father like criminal it was our worse experience Andreas good in talking but no actions bad experience Very bad
