The Wieden Agency is First Class! I was having trouble understanding what coverage I needed for my household and my account manager at the Wieden Agency made it hassle free for me. After leaving there I felt a better sense of protection, partly because I was insured but mostly because they left me with the confidence that they would be there for me. I have now been with the Wieden Agency for a little over two years and had to make a claim on my windshield. I was unsure of what the next steps were so I called the Wieden Agency. A staff member had a glass professional out to my house within 24 hours to have it fixed. Thanks again Wieden Agency!
