Lowest possible recommendation. I went in to ask questions about the difference between personal and business insurance coverage and he said they only have personal so I said I wanted to know about his plans and refused to tell me or give me any quotes. I was at the very least looking for coverage between trading in a vehicle. That guy was a jerk.

Brad was great BUT he retired. They are liars we paid our policy in full and they are refusing to cover our claim. When we call they hang up on us. We have filed a complaint with the commissioner of insurance and are hiring an attorney. Have NEVER had such piss poor customer service!
