This experience has been the biggest migraine ever! I should have listened to the other google reviews before dealing with this State Farm office. I have dealt with State Farm in other states and have had great experiences so I do not understand why this office is so incompetent. It took about 15 phone calls to get a simple car and renters insurance set up and after that, I have had to call in every month for them to fix my bill. They keep taking me off monthly payments to the full premium? How is it that difficult? DO NOT USE THIS OFFICE! Unless you want to waste your time!

Do not let this guy get your email address! He has inundated my inbox with estimates that I did NOT request. Somehow he got my home phone number, which he creepily included in one of the emails. To give him the benefit of the doubt, perhaps he was targeted by someone who is using his name and affiliation in a phishing scam. Or else he has launched an intrusive and unprofessional marketing campaign.
