this company is very hard to get a hold of, they are slow in getting things done. its hell if you get hit by someone that has this insurance. no returned calls the adjusters phone is always off. never once returned my calls. i am so sorry for people who get hit by a car with this insurance. i feel for you. im sorrry but this company is so wrong i wish there was someway they can be better but there isnt it is what it is.

horrible!!! I am only talking from my experience with one person. They do not return calls even after you leave messages day after day. They seem polite but they are horrible at getting stuff done. They are not my insurance and I thank GOD they are not. I feel sorry for anybody who ever gets hit by somebody with this insurance. I wish I could talk to a manager because your employees are not doing their job.

If I could put this lower than one star I would. My elderly mother got hit with someone carrying this insurance and she still has nothing to show. Got hit last month on the 13th of March 2016. this is un acceptable and needs to be rectified. There needs to be a way to have them removed as a company.
