I am in the process of moving from Phoenix, Arizona to Atlanta Georgia and I am trying to transfer all of my insurance. My fiancee visited another State Farm office, Bryant Thompson, and the customer service was terrible, the rates were ridiculous, the experience was deplorable. I went online, plugged in our address and found Joe DeBose right up the street from us. I spoke to Anna and she was WONDERFUL! Anna explained everything and how the transfer would work. She said that she would contact my current agent in Phoenix and have them email our information to their office so they could work up a quote for us. While Mr. Thompson was busy trying to rake us over the goals with the rates (increases of $50 a month on my auto insurance. tripling the cost of my renters insurance) and offer no explanation...Anna informed me that rates are higher in GA but they will do their best to give us the best deal possible. Anna was great. She was informative, understanding of the difficulty behind trying to handle things like this long distance. She was just very helpful. Although I was not eligible for a policy here I have nothing but great things to say about my experience. The agent I spoke to took the time to tell me exactly why I was not eligible in detail and explained to me that I was always able to come back and reapply for another quote. As someone who has a few tickets on my record he explained that I should just wait out the time period and could be eligible again. I appreciated that he took the time to help, most insurance companies will just tell you no and turn their backs. I will definitely be back for another try with State Farm.

I have been with Joe DeBose since 1984 when he first opened the agency. The customer service, attention to detail and knowledge about customer needs is FIVE STAR and above. The agency has grown but the one on one feeling is still the same. The entire staff is on one page and always excited to take care of your needs. If you are looking for a team that will be there to take of your basic or complicated insurance needs. This is the place to start and STAY!!!
