I had to wait over an hour to get a response. “Juan” pick up to put me on hold again, then they hung up. Turns out Juan is the Vice President. You would think he would be more professional if anything. FYI Juan will try to add NSD to your policy without asking. After they hung up I was doubtful to call again. Luckily Lesly picked she was way nicer and waayyy more profesional than this Juan fellow. She saved their butts from getting a one star review. I don’t know if they read reviews but if they do they should give her a raise or something. THANK YOU LESLY!!!
