I came in to cancel my insurance and the woman, not sure of her name, was extremely rude. after she asked for my reason of canceling, I told her it was because I had found something cheaper and more affordable for me and she replied with "wow, Thats surprising"! As if they were the best out there. I am very happy to have canceled my policy with them, I have been with them for 2 years now and everything was always changing. Nothing was being made beneficial to me, but more so being made to benefit them and their business. They spend the least amount of time possible accommodating to your needs and/or desires in them as an insurance company.

Set my fiancé up for failure , cancelled our insurance allowed us to continue paying for what we thought was an active policy . They owe us a refund that we are still waiting for . We drove our car for a short vacation and out of curiosity called and found out they cancelled the insurance because the company they were using doesn’t work with Georgia . So I drove her car over 100 miles from home to then realize we had no insurance with zero warning . Please do not do business with these scam artist . When I we get our refund for what they owe us I will consider talking down this review .

They were all wonderful people until I found out that they overcharged me, lied to me, and falsified documents. I called the corporate office and they were extremely helpful and promptly refunded the overcharge (271.00). Read your paperwork and know what you are signing!

Worst service ever, the girl with the glasses is crap and has no clue what she is doing much less what she is talking about! If you are looking for insurance GO ELSE WHERE!!! Not worth the headache this place causes.
