This Allstate office gets to know its customers personally. I have been helped by Diana for over 16 years now. She recognizes my voice on the phone, without me having to say my name! Regular service by this office is exceptional. They go above and beyond to handle everything for you, making it all so easy and the last thing you have to think about. Jay calls when options to improve coverage and save money become available. In the moment that you need to file a claim, they are even better to have working for you. When a trying situation arose with a body shop/auto storage facility, Diana, Jay and everyone at this office jumped in to my rescue before I even asked or expected my "insurance agent" to get involved. They made sure that I was completely happy throughout every step of the claim process, acting as my true advocates. I never shop around. No matter what other companies have offered, they never beat my premiums for the coverage, support and VIP attention that i get from MY Allstate agent. Thank you
