Not sure why but Jay Rickman Jr. the owner decided to kill himself a couple months ago. Very sneaky company from within. They have no problem lying to you, question it and you may just be fired. Communication is very lacking. If you work for them get a definite answer before you make your own decisions. Something is not right about the company. I caution all who go there. Underpaid if your in IT and everything usually ends up being that dept fault. If you move departments you have to wait another whole year in order to get a yearly review/bonus, does not mean you will even get paid extra for move in departments. Have people who I cannot believe are qualified to be in the positions they are in, but are family to the business, this is a family owned business.

This company will fail to validate alleged debts even when contacted during the initial 30 days of the dunning letter being sent to you. They will continuously report unverifiable negative information to the credit reporting agencies. Read your consumer rights under the Fair Debt Collection Practice Act. You may be a victim of their violations as well!

I never received the bill they called about, I asked them to send me a original bill so I would understand what the bill was regarding. They indicated they would request the original bill. Over a year later, I never got the bill. Instead I got a "negative remark on my credit. Amcol would rather hit your credit with negative marks than collect money.

this company hires idiots and people that can barely speak English never mind assist properly. They accuse people calling about credit matters that are six years old as being liars, by process of elimination. Then, those same people are told by employees of Amcol Systems Inc, "I am trying to help you."

Posted on my credit report when my sons dad was given as responsible party but cause I authorized treatment I got it reported on my credit due to him not paying.. there excuse you signed the forms in the ER.. still want to know how they found my ss number

Showing up on my credit report. My insurance paid the healthcare facility but they sent it to collections already. So now I have to dispute it with this company and all the reviews say that contacting them is a horrible experience. Wonderful /s.

For the last year,after MED U SC found they had made a mistake in my account Amcol kept sending reports to 3 Cr.Agencies I had an account in for collection- I have tried 4x in the last 9 months to get them to correct this but NOTHING DONE

Just spoke with someone who had been paying $200 per month to Wakemed in Raleigh NC consistently and never heard a word from Wakemed. Today they get this letter form Amcol. WtF ?

I would give these guys a 0. They keep calling on a bill that at @ t screwed up. Constantly harassed me and wife. Bunch of unprofessional workers.
