Been with them for over 5 years. Very unsatisfied with their staff. Unfriendly service now, its not like it used to be. Phones are now automative, most ring and go straight to voicemail. I never gets returned calls even when I need quick attention. I switched to another bank just recently and I couldnt be more satisfied. My calls are returned, my problems can be handled within a few hours, and my new bank hasnt lost my deposits from the overnight box, unlike Family Advantage in the past. Hate to leave my local bank, but as a young adult I need to make sure I am getting the best financial support for my future.

So much wrong here. We just moved to Spring Hill and went in to open an account. We waited for 30 minutes (there was 4 people waiting before us with one person doing anything) when finally the person who was sitting at her desk the whole time said "we are getting ready to close - can I help you?". When we said that we wanted to open an account her response was "we are getting ready to close - can you do it tomorrow?". We left.

If you enjoy being ignored. Have no problem with no one answering the phone when you call. Enjoy waiting and waiting and waiting... This is the credit union for you. I am closing my accounts here!!! AWFUL!
