In person, everyone is friendly, kind & courteous. But once you have a problem & go looking for help from them watch out. When things go wrong, it will happen multiple times before it is corrected. If it gets corrected at all. Asking for help to them means "How many more fees can we charge" Closed the account to stop the insanity. I was expecting a group that would help me. What I got was a group who abused a situation & still expected me to be a customer.
