I’ve never worked directly with Nick, but I communicate with Debbie all of the time and she is beyond helpful. The reason I use a local State Farm office is because I like being able to communicate quickly with a real human being within a few minutes, and Debbie is always available to help, so I really appreciate her and this office. There have been times when paperwork has been incorrect when I receive it from the State Farm head office, and the reason I’ve stuck through with State Farm is because I can count on the local agents helping out and quickly working through any issue I’m seeing on my end.

I was looking to switch to a new insurance company as we recently moved to Darien to be closer to our grandchildren, and my daughter looked on the web to find places nearby that we could go. I spoke to a young lady by the name of Grisellda. She was very friendly and explained the procedure to transfer to the office. Still deciding on where to go, but it was a refreshing change of pace to speak with someone so courteous.

Grieselle Arellano is the bomb at this office! She has ALWAYS been VERY helpful and pleasant whenever I go in to ask questions or pay my bill! I highly recommend this Office to everyone.
