FrankCrum is by far the greatest payroll service available. The staff is out of this world helpful. There is no limit to their kindness and willingness to assist with ANY problem or issue you may have. They are ALWAYS available to answer any questions regarding your account(s) or their service(s). When contacting FrankCrum regarding an issue, the typical response time is within the same day. If your representative cannot assist, YOUR rep. finds the person within FrankCrum that can assist. You, the Client, are never left to search for answers or solutions on your own. Over the years, my boss and I had 2 businesses with FrankCrum, and Miss. Liz Tipton was our rep. There was never a time I needed assistance with anything, Miss. Liz did not go over and beyond her normal job descrIption requirements. In my opinion, while everyone at FrankCrum is great, Miss. Liz Tipton is THE BEST!!! I strongly encourage anyone seeking a new payroll company or transferring to a new payroll company to contact FrankCrum before shopping anywhere else.

Since June of 2014 Oceanside Masonry, Inc. has been using FrankCrum as our payroll service. From the very beginning FrankCrum has been a breeze to work with. From the start up team, on top of all our questions and quickly setting us up in a jamb, to the first payroll team that transitioned us smoothly into a more efficient way of doing payroll, to my permanent payroll coordinator Deana Dukie, who is always on top on things. Deana is great at sending me reminders to submit payroll and quick to question things that look awry to avoid any errors. I would recommend any company looking for a payroll service to look into FrankCrum. The owners of Oceanside Masonry, Inc. also transitioned their second company MGM Shell Contractors, Inc. to FrankCrum for payroll and insurance needs. Also a great and smooth move!

FrankCrum has made our payroll and workers comp. so nice and easy. Our payroll processor Elizabeth T. is always so helpful. No matter what question or issue I think I am having she is there to answer or find the answer. Workers comp had become a real issue with our business and FrankCrum rolls it right into our payroll. No writing separate checks and when there was an accident it was handled with really little effort on our end. Once again things were made easy. Management focuses on assigning the right account manager, they are highly trained to assit you and walk you thru the proccess.
