I switched to Jay and his team a few years ago. I had been with another insurance company for around 29 years prior. Before switching, Jay took the time to show me what I was actually being covered for and where my money was going. I was shocked! I didn’t have near the coverage that I thought at that time. Jay remedied that and made sure my rates were better with twice the amount of coverage for my auto, business, and home! This was great, but to me it’s after the sale that really makes the difference, I look at it as if unexpected events take place, then how will my agent and my insurance take care of me? It’s a bitter sweet, you want to know, but you don’t! If you have to find out, then you’ve had an unexpected event take place in your life! Well we found out, my wife and I was in an auto accident which totaled our truck! Once Jay and his team was aware of the accident, Jay personally got involved with my case working very close with the claims department, although this took a little time because we were dealing with a classic vehicle. Jay and his team were completely involved with the process while keeping me in the loop the entire time. Jay completely demonstrated, by his actions, what being an agent meant after the sale! Jay and his staff truly know how to take care of their clients. 5 stars is not enough! Now we are indeed in Good Hands!
