Terrible experience. As an insurance agent myself I expect some modicum of capability esp knowing what the job entails. Not only was Deni herself extremely unsociable and curt whenever I would call when i ended up actually cancelling my policy she never sent me notification that it was properly cancelled, I actually had to call to make sure my request was fulfilled. I was owed a refund and cancelled almost a full month ago and have also yet to receive that. When calling to request the refund be resent I was told it had already been issued and I would have to wait until September 30th to request the check be sent again. Her other agents who work in office seem much more capable and pleasant to do business with but actually dealing with her was certainly not pleasant. Would not recommend this particular agency.

Worst insurance company I have ever been with. I was transferred here when my original agent went out of business. We had severe damage to our home two weeks ago. I tried for 2 days to get a hold of someone in your office with no success. I have never even been able to get anyone to answer the phone or return a message. I was able to call the 800 # to get a claim started. I have 5 policies with American Family and have switched those policies to a different office. If you want any kind of customer service I would recommend against this agency.

If i could i would leave a negative 5 star review. This is the worst insurance agency their is! They NEVER answer the phone, you can never speak to anybody. I have been trying to reach Deni and her staff for the last two weeks and no one has ever picked up the phone. I dont understand how you can run a business treating people with this poor customer service. For all your insurance needs please go somewhere else!
