This was the most pleasant transaction that I have ever had. I could not have asked for a more enjoyable experience. Brokering loans to any company can sometimes be a pain in the butt. Not with Quicken. Every step of the way I had a contact person that would provide me with all of the information that I needed, and answered all of my questions. When I had to sell against them at my old company I would always lose. Now I know why. Their rates are good, but their service is excellent. Thank you so much for making me look good with my clients and realtor partners.

I have great experience with Quicken Loans. The whole team including my account executive, purchase specialist, submission hotline, Lockdesk, appraisal management and underwriting in particular are exceptionally helpful and problem solvers. Even though the criteria to qualify for a Quicken loan are stringent, at the end you are happy to end up with a satisfactory Closing and Funding. I would recommend Quicken Loans for all your home purchase and financing needs anytime.

Stay away! This is the typical enormous operation with zero accountability. Issues are blamed on nameless, faceless "teams". When you attempt to solve problems you get caught in this endless transfer to different call centers across the country where the people answering the phone simply relay incorrect information from a screen. If you want to close loans and make a great living then stay away from this company!

The underwriter is very quick in reviewing conditions and we did not have to wait for all the conditions to come in. Title source is good but make sure you check what services would be provided. Highly recommend Quicken Loan Wholesale.
