Wendee, Gaby, and the entire CLS Team are EXCELLENT! They helped me secure a loan for my first home five years ago. So naturally, when it came time to refinance, I contacted Wendee and her team. They immediately got to work and provided me with the information I needed to make an informed decision. They were always available either through text, phone call, or email and were quick to respond to any inquiries that I had. I never felt pressured or rushed into any decision and they ensured that I had the best financing options available. I told them what I wanted and they worked to make it happen! Purchasing or refinancing a home can be a daunting process, but Wendee, Gaby, and the team made it stress free with the convenience of the following: 1. Remote handling of necessary documents through secure portals and Apps that allow for safe and easy uploading and signing of paperwork 2. Informative (and entertaining) videos that guide you through the process each step of the way 3. Arranging for the escrow notary to come to my home to sign the closing documents at my convenience 4. Constant email updates on changing mortgage rates, nearby home sales, and other valuable information about the housing market 5. Customer appreciation family events and information I highly recommend Wendee, Gaby, and the entire CLS team and their affiliates to anyone who is looking for first class customer service!
