Buying a home can be a stressful time in anyones life especially now with all the new TRID guidelines for lending. You need to make sure you have a very good lender with a great track record. Angelo at Leverage Lending Group is that person. I have referred Angelo business for several years now due to how helpful and personable he is and have never been disappointed. Angelo is not your typical 9-5 Lender. Angelo truly wants to help my clients even when he can not help them. For example: I had a client he was unable to approve for a loan but he spent hours finding another Broker who could approve my clients and they were able to purchase the home after all. He did not have help in that manner at all since he would never see a paycheck, but he did it anyway because he cares. Leverage Lending Group offers competitive loan programs and rates and is very good at closing loans on time. Today we closed our first of many TRID loans and on time! My financial planner referred me to Leverage Lending Group, LLC. I was looking at them along with another larger bank. In the end I decided to go with LLG because of how comfortable I felt when talking with Angelo. Buying a home is stressful and scary, especially if you’ve never done it before! Angelo explained everything in a way that I actually understood. The larger bank did not do that for me, they rushed me and I felt stupid for not understanding….the exact opposite of LLG.
