This was the best experience buying a house my husband and I could have hoped for. We had purchased a home in California, before moving to North Carolina, and it was very stressful. When it came time to buy in North Carolina we started a loan with a separate company that was having us send in all kind of personal information. When we questioned them about it they took 2 weeks and a threat to leave for them to respond to us. It left us with a very uneasy taste in our mouth. Our Relator said it was not too late to start a loan with Fairway and she would see in Ken Land was able to take us. Later that day Ken Land contacted me and got the information he needed from me and started to process our loan. He got into underwriting and was able to let us close on our house in about 2 weeks. Ken also showed up to our closing which showed us true commitment. This an amazing feat considering that it was a VA loan, and he had to start from scratch. Every time my husband or I had a question when we called him he would answer and always help us through whatever we had questions on. If he was unable to pick up the phone he would call us back in 10 minutes. Any e-mail we had sent him he would reply the same day. Ken was professional, sincere, and honest. I was never concerned about the quality of work that we received from Fairway. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs a mortgage or a refinance. This was a great experience and I will forever be thankful for Ken getting us into our dream home. Amazing.

My experience with, Independent mortgage. 1- The positive attitud that the agent, Miss Blondin, maintain thru out the entire process. 2- Miss. Blondin was refered to me, by my son in law. 3- There is nothing else that, Miss. Blondin could have done, to give us a better customer service. 4- The comunication between , miss . blondin and us was very clear. At the begining, I had a problem meeting personally, but after talking about it, we found a way to pass info. and paperwork that it help my situation. 5-would I recomend miss blondin, of corse, in my opinion, she is the best in her field, she gave us back hope to do what was in our finantial re-organisation, to live happy ever after, everybody else kept finding excuses to say no without trying. 6-We dont think there is nothing else that she could have done better, miss Blondin cover all corners. My wife and I, will for ever be greatfull for what miss Blondin did for us. MY WIFE AND I APPRECIATED THE ATTENTION TO DETAIL THAT CAROLYN BLONDIN OF FAIRWAY PROVIDED TO US, ESPECIALLY IN THE PERSONALIZED VIDEOS THAT SHE PREPARED FOR US. From start to finish Deanna was my rock, she kept me involved every step of the way and I never had to wonder if everything was going as planned My former boss saw Deanna on Facebook and refinanced his home with her in record breaking time and had a great experience There is nothing that you could have done better, we threw you curve balls every step of the way (5 potential houses with 6 weeks to close) and they were all very easily handled Communication was amazing, the e-mail blasts to keep us apprised of the loan status were great, we didn’t really need to check the web-site because she had already told us what we needed to know and Deanna was always quick to respond to my multitude of e-mails We have already recommended her to everyone we know that is looking to finance / re-finance Deanna is amazing and we are so grateful that we found her! The initial request and listing of documents needed for the mortgage application were well defined and prevented the need to keep finding and sending additional documents. The mortgage processing was very quick and approval was obtained well in advance of our closing date.
