I found Hill and Ponton via a web search, within minutes after speaking with Sara Hill, I knew this was the firm for me. They listened to my issue with the VA, I was diagnosed with Service related PTSD, uphill fight all the way. Hill and Ponton was very upfront with the long timeline of the process as well as any possible cost, no upfront money was ever given, this was a five year battle that they tackled with professionalism and dedication. Sara Hill and her associate Dahomey always kept us informed and up to date during the entire process. The manner in which I was treated by Hill and Ponton was very caring and respectful. Never once did they make me feel like I did not matter, in fact it was the opposite, I finally found someone who truly made feel valued as a person and a Navy veteran. I highly recommend this firm to any veteran that feels like they have been treated unjustly by the VA system. They stand by their clients. Give them a call, you will not be disappointed. Matt Hill is the best. Many attorneys turned me down and was denied by VA, Matthew took my case and found all the bits and pieces of evidence in old existing military files that stood 4 inches high. Evidence that was hidden and Mr. Hill put it together in an understandable easy to read way. After my evidence was properly prepared, there was no doubt of PTSD service connected disability and I was approved for 100%.
