A Company that doesn’t work with your customers is not a company that other small businesses should work with.. I urge all customers in need of financing to carefully consider another lending source. As a current customer who is now working hard to pay off yet another debt faster than ever.. I purchased a pet and financed with Easy Pay Financing interest free for 90 days.. I gave them my credit card and bank account number for automatic withdrawals and my first payment came and was declined and was contacted via text message about a declined payment. I immediately contacted the company about my mistake for forgetting to update my credit card.. we all have a lot of accounts and a lot of things going on so people do forget from time to time to do things. Unfortunately this company is a stickler and adhere’s to the signed contract and sticks it to a customer the first chance they get in which they did to me. So my choice is to pay it off with in the 90 days which I can or just not pay it and push it into bankruptcy and they’ll never get their money and go out of business after. Customers should have some sense of security with finance companies of all kinds with being able to work with them if an incident occurs of course case by case scenario.. I and other customers whom i hope my review reaches as many people as they can, shouldn’t use Easy Pay Finance or even shop at those business that carry this company as a finance option. I should have known that this company is a bottom feeder but life gives you lemons and you make lemonade and you deal with it and make sure others know what they are getting into so they don’t make the same mistake. Don’t look at me as the person who can’t pay my bills on time cause I do and don’t look down at me cause I had to use this option.. I am not a person who is wealthy nor am I poor.. I can pay for my things with a little help but not with this company. So I urge customers to truly look at your other options and for companies to look for these types of businesses that care about your customers as much as you do..

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! The company that I bought my dog from completely misled me on what my finance agreement was. Then trying to speak with Duvera about SCRA (since I am an active duty service member) I got a snooty rep from their legal team who basically told me they found a loop hole and can legally charge me what ever interest they please. She even said "go ahead and have your legal office review this, I know the legal process with SCRA" so angry and will never do business with this company ever again. I am paying $1300 in interest on an $800 loan. All because I wanted to buy my children a puppy.

screwed up my credit by reporting me to equifax as being late over 90 days when then account had been paid off in full and paid off early, and I was. Then told by Transunion duvera told them to delete the account I had with them instead of removing the non existing late payment, which dropped my credit score 43 points!! These people are crooked, and cant seem to follow directions!

I will never finance anything with a company that uses this third party again. Due to a bank mix up they revoked my same as cash agreement and were unwilling to help me in any way. Just like every other finance company they will go out their way to make sure you pay them more money than agreed. Completely unsatisfied with the service and practice.

Ill give them a freaken zero!! they srewed my credit when I have already paid the account. Now they are saying there is a 20 fee! my credit score went down 33 points. When i called them to speak to a manager they wont transfer me, i have to wait 24-48 hours so they can call me back. This company should be shut down!

Yes its pricey , charged nearly double in interest but i knew it when i agreed to have my surgery , and I pay my payment on time. The couple times i had a problem making a payment I simply called them and they always helped me out. Thanks Duvera, considering what the surgery was for it was totally worth it!

I was told that after 90 days the interest rate was 7$ per day I called 5 days after my 90th day and they charged me 750.00 in interest please stay away from this company and its shady practices.
