This branch is horrible!! Twice in the past couple of months I have had unauthorized charges on my OCCU debit card. Each time I went to the St. Andrews Street Branch to fill out the dispute forms to get a refund. Both times the moron at the front desk did not submit the forms to the dispute department and after waiting weeks for a response I was forced to go to another branch or call customer service to assistance in getting my money back. Do yourself a favor and go to another location!!.
