Bone Dry Roofing put on a new roof for me today. They arrived around 7:30 am and were done with the whole thing by 6 pm. And I have to tell you the house they did for me involved some real challenges -- it had original wood shake shingles under the one and two layers of tar paper shingles. There as also a porch roof that had some bad rot, and a side room that had a very low slant, so had been at risk for leaking. They had maybe a six or eight or so person crew and they flew at the job. First they tore off all the shingles, including the old wood shake type shingles. Then they put new decking down on the whole roof. Finally they put on the roofing, including special water seal material on the two areas that were sort of flat. As they went along they cleaned up the old shingles off the ground, hauling them away in their big truck. When they had a "walk thru" with me when they were all done, the ground was spotless -- no sign of a shingle or nail. They had combed the whole area with giant magnets to get all the nails up. I think they are a family-owned business from here in Indiana, and I like supporting outfits that are not national chains. They are out of Lafayette. During the time they were working on my house, they sent me little slide shows of and descriptions of how it was going. It was a really nice touch. The guys I worked with were Tim who was my main contact for this job, and Scott who was the contact guy on the job site. They were super good workers, and just hustled all day. They were friendly and professional and listened to my ideas about what I wanted. This house was a rental house we have, but I will use them in the future on any house I need a roof for. I would highly recommend them.

The whole experience was nothing short of excellent. Being in the customer service industry, I understand how important it is to be professional and operate with integrity. I called and made an appointment to have someone come and look at my current roof (which was a cheaply done insurance job) and see what needed to be fixed. The previous fly-by-night company had installed my current roof in 2009, and I was already having many issues. Adam came out to my house, checked things out, did all of his measurements, and not to my surprise, suggested I get a new roof. We sat down for about an hour and a half chatting, and going through all the different options. I also had them spray new insulation above my house and garage, as mine had settle 6 inches. Huge difference was noticed. My furnace runs 1/3 of the time it used to. Yesterday, they came out and put my new roof on, put in a vented ridge cap, and were done in 6 hours. Many pictures were sent to me while the roof was being torn off and installed, and the project manager, Scott Dye was there and informed me of everything that was going on. Overall, very satisfied and would recommend them to anyone. Thanks, Bonedry!

Recent hail damage forced me to look into a roofing company. I had 5 different companies come to my house and give estimates. Ryan from Bone Dry Roofing was the only one I felt comfortable with. I was a little concerned when he went back to his main branch out of town but Tom M. did an amazing job stepping in and explaining everything and preparing me for the install. I met with him 3 times and he even came to the appointment with the insurance adjuster. On the day of installation Adam and his crew was very professional and the install only took about 5 hours. I especially liked the texts snd pics of the progress. Adam even came back that same evening to fix a raised shingle and was very patient with all of the questions I had. Very good experience and I would recommend this company especially if you can work with Tom and Adam.

Made an appointment for someone to come out and give an estimate. The earliest they had was a week away, which when your roof is damaged is a long wait. But, they had good reviews so I figured it was worth it to wait. One hour before the contractor was to come I got a call saying that they needed to reschedule. Luckily they had a time the very next day. So, I stayed home for a second day in a row to wait for the contractor. This time, 5 minutes before the contractor was to arrive I got a call saying that again they were going to reschedule. If they have to reschedule twice to just provide an estimate I have no confidence that the company can provide service on time or within the estimated cost. So, I told them I would go with another company. Hopefully they will learn the importance of keeping a scheduled appointment.

We were highly satisfied and pleased by the repair done by Bone Dry Roofing. We just bought a house in the summer, and in the front yard there was a tree that was growing over the roof. When the leaves started falling, we noticed that the tree branches had stained/damaged the roof. Some shingles were torn off, and others were rotting, potentially causing leaky roof issues. So we called Bone Dry Roofing Lafayette. The assistant manager came to our house and examined not only the damaged spot, but the entire roof for issues. Their estimate was very reasonable. They replaced the shingles and also installed rain collars to the pipe boots for added protection. The new shingles matched the existing ones perfectly in both color and style. We are very glad with their professional job, and highly recommend them.

They called 2 weeks after we signed the contract as they said they would. They notified us of when they would be dropping supplies off the day before they started. The crew showed up on time and tore off our roof and replaced it in a day and a half. Every one was polite and respectful of our home and did a fantastic job with the roof, it looks wonderful. They cleaned up after themselves and they text us throughout the process of the job to keep us up to date on how it was going. After a year of having horrible contractors who do not follow through or meet any sort of time line or standards of quality, BoneDry was absolutely fabulous. Thank you to all the guys who worked on the house and thanks to Mark Savage who was a great resource throughout the short and efficient process :)

We had an excellent experience with Bone Dry Roofing and the Production Supervisor, Matt James. I would highly recommend Bone Dry to anybody in Lafayette, IN. We have an old home that had 5 or 6 layers of shingles on some parts of the roof. Bone Dry did an excellent job removing the old shingles, installing new decking, and putting beautiful new shingles on our entire room and garage. Matt James and his team were courteous and hard working throughout the process. They also kept us informed and did a great job answering any questions that we had. We would highly recommend Bone Dry, and if you live in Lafayette, IN, ask for Matt James to be your Production Supervisor. You will be highly impressed with their roofing work!

I live out of state and my rental property needed a new roof after a simple leak became worse after a shot tarp application by a different company. Bone Dry responded quickly to my request for an estimate on a new roof. I can not say more positive things about Bone Dry, they are professional and genuine. Because I live out of state I recieved consistently photo texts through out the process and it was very heart warming to see professionals care so much about the service that they provide. I have had many projects completed at this rental home and all have not been stellar, yet I would recommend everyone to use Bone Dry Roofing for all roofing needs. They were really fantastic!

I was very pleased with the work that Bone Dry Roofing did and the roof replacement was done in a very professional and timely fashion. Kyle Mills was very professional and was the only one to actually get up on the roof to do the estimate and found a few issues that none of the other companies that I got estimates from would have seen or known about by just doing the measurements from the ground. Once the job was complete everything was picked up and cleaned up without any worries of debris blowing around or nails laying around. I highly recommend them for any of their services and will be giving them a call when I am ready for the garage roof to be replaced.

After a little miscommunication. They came out the very next Monday and did a great job. They did both my house and detached garage. They were suppose to use shingles I had for my garage. But with name and reputation on line they did the right thing and use the same shingles as house. They also found unexpected damage on garage and did lay over on it as well. All and all very HAPPY with them and the 2 day job they done. And the clean up was a very good job. Done at te end of each day.will recommend them to anyone. Good job Matt and crew.

The people from Bone Dry Roofing were professional, friendly, and quick. I had my eves replaced because the old one just did not carry enough water and the constantly were clogged. I also had gutter covers added. Now we have no leaf or water problems. The job was done very quickly (one day) and I am happy with the work done. The only issue I have is that the color does not quite match the original as well as I would have liked. However, that is partly my fault since I agreed to the color choice as the best they offered.

We just had our entire roof replaced by Bone Dry. The entire staff was very professional and helpful. We had storm damage and the Bone Dry folks worked with our insurance company to get the extra money we needed to complete the job. We called around to several roofers and Bone Dry is the only company who offered to negotiate with our insurance adjuster on our behalf. Everything was very simple and straight forward and the roof turned out great. The crew was fast but thorough. We would recommend Bone Dry to anyone.

I had 4 different companies come out to give me an estimate or my roof. I went with Bone Dry because they were nice and were able to do more then just my roof. They were able to do my insulation and replaced gutters. They were fast and the one thing that was great is they made sure no nails were left in the ground because of my dogs. That was something I was worried about and they were to. Love them and if I need anything else done on my house and they can do it that will be the ones I call.

Great customer service and patience with myself and my parents... Found this company on google for estimate on parents roof replacement. They meet with my parents spending time making sure they both understood the repairs and replacement cost. The gentleman took time to talk with me on phone reexplaining everything again. The crew called before arriving, cleaned up mess after all work was done and came inside to update my parents through out the repair and replacement!! Done in 1 day !
