BUYERS BEWARE!!! My mother bought windows from Bee several years ago. She received a copy of a warranty that states the windows are covered from all defects as long as she owns the windows. Needless to say, the seals have broke on them several times. Bee repaired the windows once for free, and once for $50.00. My mother had another window with a broken seal within the last couple of months. My mother notified Bee, and they stated she would have to pay roughly around $325 to fix the broken seal. Being that my mother is 84 years old, she asked that I call for her as she did not understand. I called Bee and was greeted very rudely. I was told that she would have to pay $325 to fix the warranted window. I stated that my mother has a warranty on the window and that I would talk to Channel 6 news for help if needed. I also ask to speak to a manager. I left a message for the manager and received a call back roughly 5 days later. She stated to me that she was busy. I explained the situation to her as well, and I was told the same thing. It would cost my mother $325 to fix a WARRANTED WINDOW! I told the manager that I had asked an attorney to look at the paperwork, and that they did not see where it stated it would cost $325 to fix a warranted window. The manager then argued with me stating that my mother had the windows for quite some time. I explained that a lifetime warranty meant they were covered for the time she owned the home and that I would seek help if needed to get my mothers windows fixed as the warranty stated. The manager then told me that I was a bully. Bee wants to charge my mother $325 to fix a window that she has a warranty on and she called me a BULLY! I was told that they did not even have a copy of the warranty they had given my mother. I told them I would send them a copy. After sending them a copy, the manager told me that my mother would have to pay the $325. I stated to her that I would notify the president of Bee Windows as they are not standing behind the warranty they had given her. She stated that he was aware of the issue and told me to have a good evening. Beware of this company as they do not stand behind the product they sale. Wanting to charge an 84 year old woman $325 to fix a window that is warranted by Bee windows is POOR customer service and a RIPOFF!!! If this is the service they provided her, PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THEY WILL PROVIDE OTHERS WITH THE SAME SERVICE!!! Bee has great customer service when they are selling their product, but not when standing behind their product. Everyone who has had issues with Bee should report them to the Better Business Bureau. This way consumers can make better decisions based on other customers issues and experiences.

10 years ago Bee window put in Andersen Windows in our home, all except for 2 windows. They are great windows and have lasted 10 years with ZERO issues. HOWEVER Bee switched window brands to Marvin. This might explain some of the bad reviews here if the quality is lower. Recently we emailed Bee to get a quote on doing the other 2 windows. The sales guy that called seemed very off – could not listen to what you were saying because he would ignore it. Thus when the appointment time came and he never showed up it did not surprise me. I called Bee and they had no record of anything. In fact they said I was in the database three different times. They were very confused. From the other reviews here they do this often. Also they advertise in this area but do not preform all their services in this area so just because you see their advertisments does not mean they will do the work in your area. Also many parts of their website crash with pages not found. Overall we will me moving on from this business. It is very scattered and we need people who keep the appointments when we take time off work. Just glad we have had no problems with the windows.

We recently had new siding installed on our home. The installation experience was great and I credit that to the supervisor, Bill Bacon. Bill and his crew had a few setbacks due to weather but they got the job done. They did a pretty darned good job cleaning up, too. Bill walked around with us to review the job and made a few little tweaks. We simply could not have been more pleased. The crew was pleasant to work with, very nice and respectful, but honestly, meeting and working with Bill was one of the best things about the whole project. We had him do an extra job while he was there, involving windows we had installed last summer (not by Bee unfortunately) and he was able to make those humdrum windows look 200% better - much more finished and professional. I highly recommend Bee windows for siding and probably for any other service they offer. If you get the chance to work with Bill, take it!! We will definitely consider Bee for future projects.

The job did not go as planned. It took them five weeks to order the materials. Then it took several weeks longer to get the materials in than the 4-6 weeks promised. There was very little information available to me during this time. When the work began, it was a bizarre schedule with many bizarre events, including covering the hole in my house with a sheet, stapled to the exterior of the house. Wildlife entered the house easily. Upon complaining, they came back and sloppily applied some plywood. The actual work to put the room on took approximately 2-months, very different than the "about a week" I was originally informed of. Bottom line for me is that Bee Window does not know how to manage a project or resources. I am decently happy with their work product, and every single interaction I had with an employee of theirs was positive. They were kind and met my expectations of professionalism.

Sat around with my Mom on Friday waiting for them to come out for an appointment they scheduled. Called to ask about the appointment at 11:30, got the run around, finally got someone on the phone who said they would look into it. Waited on a phone call, at 4pm we finally called them back, only to find they were apparently closed, and no one bothered to call us back. Then when mom ask about it Monday, the gal that my mom spoke with had the audacity to tell her she had no record she had called. (which is funny because she left several messages)??? Mom has taken 4 days out of her work schedule to wait on someone to show up. She has not once been told that they were sorry, yet they were pretty insistent she still owed for the last visit. Oh, and they could give a discount if she put a sign in the yard. :( WOW

We are doing a completing a remodel by the replacement of our casement windows prior to retirement and have looked at several companies and products. Brent, the sales and design representative, was professional in his product knowledge and a real pleasure to discuss with and satisfy all of our concerns. His demeanor and good sense of humor also added to our choice by demonstrating his exceptional loyalty to the company because of their products. We were impressed by his knowledge while we conducted a walk around and he pointed out specific problems in detail. It has been the best and most enjoyable three hours of a sales pitch that I have had the fortune to be a part of. I am looking forward to being equally impressed with the installation and future associations with the company.

Jim Murriell and his team installed new Renewal by Anderson windows in our home and I can not say enough about the quality and expertise of thier work. My wife and I have had a lot of work done in the past and we have never had a team that was so profesional and the workmanship could not be better. Matt, the sales representative had shared the advantages of going with a full replacement window instead of an insert and while it cost a little more than we had planned, it was money well spent. It is now well below zero outside and we can tell a difference in how cozy and warm our windows are keeping us. I have already recomended Bee Window to others and I will continue to do so as my wife and I could not be happier with them.

I am totally pleased with Bee Windows and the windows replacement they completed on my office in Brownsburg on June 10th this year. The project involved replacing 12 windows and exterior trim which they completed with their 3 man crew in about 6 1/2 hours! The quality of their product and the installers work was exceptional. Every step of the process was thoroughly explained, all costs were included in their quote on cost including the sales tax, every employee I had contact with was professional, friendly, and answered all my questions. Their installers are all employees and not contractors which is a big plus in my opinion. In summary, Bee Windows is a company you can trust to do the job and do it right!

We are more than pleased with Bee Windows. We had all our 50-year-old windows in our home replaced with Renewal by Anderson window replacements. The whole process was smooth and efficient from the first contact to final installation. The sales representative, office contacts and installers were very courteous, and we felt we were not pressured in any way to make this purchase. The communication from everyone involved was excellent. The installers were very prompt, very courteous and considerate, and they did an outstanding job with the installation in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Bee Windows for window replacement.

Our window install project went exactly as planned. There were no surprises. Jim Murriell and his crew were friendly and professional. They were knowledgeable about the project and were respectful of our house. They worked hard, completed the project on time and when the project was finished they cleaned up to a point that was almost undetectable that a project had occurred. We are extremely satisfied with the Bee Sales (Byron), Support and Install team. They all work well together. ......oh yea, we love our new windows!!!! We are very satisfied with the entire process. Our sales representative was very professional and not overly pushy in trying us to make a fast decision. We chose the Marvin Infinity windows since we had previously had wood windows and had dealt with rotting. The lifetime waranty which could be transfered to a futur buyer was a tremendous incentive. With this waranty, we anticipate our ultimate selling price of our home to be increased once we decide to downsize and move on. The installers were very efficient and our 15 windows were installed in one day.

Rex and Andy were the ultimate professionals!! They were EXACTLY on the early end of the possible arrival window, explained wht the plan was going to be and got to work. They worked well, and continously without stopping and were pleasant and answered questions willingly. The job was done promptly, professionally and clean up was complete. The explaination of the product was complete and accurate. They were a joy to have in my home and I would recommend this team to anyone who purchases the products.

We set up an appointment for them to come out on Saturday October 10, 2015 at 2pm. We set aside time in order for them to do a presentation. I believe if you set an appointment for a business deal you actually show up before the time to get the pleasantries out of the way. Its now 2:30 pm and not a phone call or anything. If they do show up, they will be told we do not wish to do business with their location. Quick Update: Its now 8:15 pm and no contact has been made. Terrible service Bee Windows.

James, James, and Barney were quick, professional and careful and cleaned windows and area before they left. They answered all my questions even the stupid ones. They made a Bee window believer out of us becasue this was the first time. BUT, If they were not here to help me find this sight for a requested review I would NOT have done it becasue it was too ahrd and not detailed enough.. These guys did seriously great!!!!! James Lee installed our new Andersen window. He was right on time and got right to work. He carefully installed the window including adding insulation and replacing the aluminum trim. He caulked around the window so there will be no air leak. He cleaned up after he was done and he took away the old window. Prior to the installation, the "sales" component was friendly and attentive. I appreciated the personal touch. Thank you, Bee Windows.
