We had scheduled a plumbing inspection under our ARS service contract. ARS rep John Koen arrived early in the scheduled time window, introduced himself, stated the purpose of his visit, and carefully explained what he was here to do. After we told him of two plumbing issues we were concerned about, he began by addressing those immediately and then proceeded with the rest of his worklist. John was courteous, quiet and professional throughout his visit, being careful to protect the finishes in areas where he worked, and cleaning up after. After completion, John explained what work had been done, explained the areas of concern, and left us with a proposal for our consideration. The manner in which the whole process was undertaken and completed was very impressive. I will certainly consider ARS for any future plumbing work and drain work.

Been doing a family and friends investigation, We have found ARS to be a big scam company on their HVAC side. No issues noted with plumbing. There were 2 techs who stood out the most Alan Lee and Aarron Alfrey they both should never be allowed in your home the will manipulate and find ways to make a part appear to be failing. Took a motor changed out to a Bryant dealer called Habeger they determined that the motor indeed had not failed not leaked a oil. My 77 year old mother was a victim of this. I would avoid this company at all cost please! We had 17 houses get a tume up done for friends and family. Those 2 techs were the only 2 out of 6tech That visited the homes over time that were corupt. We also are trying to get the news and BBB involved.

We called on a Friday afternoon close to 5pm. Our air conditioner was blowing warm air. The house was getting quite hot and we had an infant and a child with asthma at home. I was put on a waiting list for the following day (Saturday). Shortly after that, I received a phone call that someone may be able to work us in that night. I was ecstatic. Close to 9:00pm Jason L. arrived. He identified the problem, fixed it, and our air conditioner was soon working again. We were VERY pleased with Jason L, especially his professionalism and diligence even though it had been a very long day for him. We highly recommend this company and specifically Jason L.

Tom B, HVAC field supervisor and Dawn, the HVAC dispatch worked together to solve our low humidity problem. When posed with problem of a new humidifier not producing humidity when called for, Tom worked to program the unit to achieve our desired result. And Dawn, the dispatch was caring and persistent until we received the result that made us happy. We would not have had such a positive outcome had it not been for the technical knowledge and attentiveness of both ARS employees. A Big thank you from satisfied and very humidified customers.

Chris D arrived on time to repair our ac unit that was not blowing cold air. He ran some quick diagnostic tests and determined that parts along with additional Freon were needed. The needed repairs were performed, explanations of what was wrong and what was being done to correct the problems were provided and each and every time he reentered the house, he was "booted" up and kept everything clean. As he hinted upon finishing and now found to be true, the cold air is blowing so good, you can almost hang meat in the living room!

My service pro Billy did very well, he cleaned up from himself and was very polite, I am very happy with the service they did for me today and would more than likely encourage anyone to go with ARS for any kind of air or heater unit problems .I also had another two service pros come to my uncles house to clean his air condition and their names were Charlie E. and Seth, both very nice and I was thankful for their knowledge in answering all my questions. Anyone should absolutely call ARS for the best heating and air condition pros.

Air went out on Tuesday the 23rd of June, called ARS when we got home at 6:00. Got call back within 10 minutes from tech named Matt. Matt was heading to another appointment on the west side of Indy and said he would call when leaving that job. Got call at 8:30 that he was on his way. Arrived about an hour later, hard to believe that we could still get service that late. Fixed problem within 1/2 hour and was on his way. Great service and very efficient and courteous tech. Glad I had air unit replaced by ARS in 2010.

I contacted Jim Crawford at ARS at the recommendation of HomeDepot for the $49 AC tune up on a Tuesday. Scheduled to have my tune up on Saturday between the hours of 9 to 1. I had a lot going on this day but made sure to make the time to stay at home for this scheduled appointment. Unfortunately no one ever showed nor called. Seems this business was not interested in taking my money, I will be taking my money elsewhere. Thanks ARS for wasting my entire Saturday waiting around for you not to show up!

Aaron H of ARS Rescue Rooter is fantastic! We waited an extra week for him until he was available to come out. He is so thorough, knowledgeable, and accommodating. He comes from four generations of family involved in the HVAC business, so he knows what he is doing, and most of all we can tell he really cares and takes pride in his work. No one else has ever checked out our furnace or cleaned it as well as he did. Would never want anyone else to work on any of our HVAC equipment but Aaron!!!

We had a very tough kitchen sink clog. Richard worked veryn hard to get it unclogged. He was very pleasant and professional. I felt bad he had such a mess to deal with but no complaining here. Used a coupon that i got online and only cost me $89.00. We have used ARS in the past and really like the service they provide at reasonable prices. THANK YOU RICHARD!

They are not prompt at all. Two times they have come out. Hopefully never again. Once they never showed and said no one was home (I was here all day and no calls or knocks or anything else) and the second time they were 3 hours later than the 4-hr time window I was given. No thanks!!

ARS quoted $6055 for a replacment for my 10-year old BW Water Heater with a Navien NPE-240A Tankless unit. Glad I went without hot water for a day. Found the same unit installed by a reputable firm for $2755 complete. SHOP AROUND. ARS IS A THIEF. MSRP IS $1697+INSTALL.

Beware ARS will charge you $89 dollars for an estimate whether they do repairs or not. I got 2 other estimates from companies who did not charge. ARS was significantly over priced compared to the other estimates too.
