The entire team that we have worked with at Broad Ripple Service Experts - Richard, David F, Luke C and Faizzy were outstanding from start to finish. We had a very complicated job and situation - and Richard lead my contractors and others subs I had to pull the project together. He communicated clearly and effectively with everyone involved. All parties showed up on time -had clear direction- did their jobs and went above and beyond to ensure that our home and the safety of my family was the first and foremost. Did Richard charge me extra for being the quarterback of this intricate job? No- he was just glad we were pleased with the end result and pleased he was able to assist us. And that he and his team did. Faizzy - the General Manager reached out to another company in the construction business and delivered to us one of the finest referrals I have ever received. Did he charge us extra for that- no-- they were just glad to help and pleased we were so happy with the recommendation. David and Luke worked a 12 hour day in half that time - they worked hard, were very thorough and we appreciated them doing double time to meet our schedule. We can not speak more highly of the integrity of this team- their work ethic and the trust that we have in them. Terrible Company. Worst customer service I have experienced. Would not work on my heat pump in February because it was too cold outside. Did not have any contingency plans to work in the cold despite being a midwest company with known winters. When complaining to a manager they finally scheduled someone to come out and fix it. Took the service man 4 separate days and 3 weeks to fix the heat pump. Always told me a day they would be back to finish the job but never showed up or called me to cancel. I always had to call them to reschedule. While working on my project, they broke my UV in my air circulator. They did buy a replacement light for me but showed up without the proper adapter. The serviceman said he would call me back within a couple of days with an adapter. 2 weeks later without a response, I had to again call the company to remind them to finish the job. Experts in Service they are NOT. I would not recommend them to anyone, especially if you have an emergency and need something done quickly.

Job done for me: install new sewer line from house to city line Most of the work done by Jon and Kyle. The guys came when they said they would, left when they said they would, and kept me informed of progress and any hiccups or changes. They even called me to let me know they were leaving early due to (obvious) rain. The work they did was a fix-it job after another company failed to solve the problem. Roto-Rooter replaced 10 feet of line, Broad Ripple Service Experts replaced 30 feet of line after the Roto-Rooter line failed. They explained everything, they did it for not much more than the original (smaller) job cost, they had to take my fence down but they put it back up, had to remove parts of my deck but they did it with minimal damage so we could reinstall it, and they shoveled and swept my walkway before they left, removing all the dirt. Will hire again for HVAC work I expect to have to do in the next year.

My air conditioning unit went out at the worst time. I called another company (I had used before), and the tech. behaved more like a fast talking salesman rather than a technician who had my best interest at heart. Despite being discouraged to get a second opinion ("because no one would be able to respond to my needs given the high volume season"), I called on Broad Ripple Service Experts for 2nd opinion. Service Tech, Chris Raiser was at my home just a couple of hours later! and sure enough -- I needed a new system, however, Chris, showed me and explained clearly what the issues were, as well as my options. From the point of my call to the installation and utilization of my new system, Broad Ripple exceeded my expectations. I am confident having this team provide service on my AC through the life of the equipment. Thank you, Chris, Steve (Sales) and team - keep up the excellent delivery of service!

We recently went through a terrible flood in our basement and have had to do extensive remediation work. I would like to recognize two employees from Broad Ripple Service Experts that came to my house.. David F came and performed ductwork/vent cleaning and did an incredible job. Professional, personable and very informative. Kyle then came and took care of my basement plumbing needs. he did a thorough assessment, and again educated me as to the correct set up and product I needed for my house and installed exactly what I needed. I have confidence and trust in their work, I cancelled my maintenance contract with another company and signed up with them. I would highly recommend this company, and I am only sorry that they do not do electrical work too!

Great service as always, this time I had Kevin who did a great job, very thorough. Gives me security knowing my equipment is in top shape. Next: duct cleaning. 10/18/2016 **NEW** today David F did my duct and Dryer vent cleaning -- I always heard he is the best and WOW he did a great job, on time, took the amount of time that was stated. THere is definitely better airflow now. Thanks to David and Broad Ripple for your expertise. 7/7/17 NEW*** Eric came promptly, after hours on a Friday and quickly diagnosed our AC problem, explained it thoroughly, and got us up and running again. Thanks so much Eric and Broad Ripple for saving the day AGAIN. We got a discount since we are on the preferred service plan -- well worth it!!

Dan Tremaine was our service technician for our annual furnace clean and check today. He also helped us this week by repairing our upstairs and downstairs air conditioners. Dan did such a great job in both instances. He always goes the extra mile to make sure everything is as good as it can possibly be. He probably has more thoroughly cleaned and checked our system better than anybody else has in all the years we have had our systems. I highly recommend Dan and the great people at Broad Ripple Heating and Air Conditioning. Also special thanks to Angie for helping us in getting Dan out to repair our air conditioner and service our furnaces in a timely manner. She has been great to work with over the years.

I had two plumbing issues--kitchen faucet and upstairs shower head that had substantially reduced water flow. Another plumbing service had diagnosed that I need to have the lines blown out. Joe from Broad Ripple Service Experts showed up and fixed the kitchen faucet issue within 5 minutes. He cleared the clog with a toothpick. Onto the upstairs shower head, he assessed it equally quickly. I purchased a shower head to my liking and he installed it the next Monday. Joe is a pro and I appreciated that he assessed the problem incrementally rather than suggesting the nuclear option that the first plumbing service had. Thanks for the good service Joe!

Our master technician, Chris Raiser, is the ultimate professional. He is courteous, keeps us posted on his arrival time, treats our home as if it were his own, and is extremely well trained in all things HVAC. There is never a problem that he cannot solve and is persistent if there is a "puzzle". There is never any surprises on what the service will cost; all pricing is up-front. The front team (schedulers) is a pleasure to work with. Calling to schedule an appointment or when there is an emergency, the front team works hard to arrange for a technician. The best overall HVAC company in Indianapolis.

I had an outside faucet leaking since late Friday night. I had called many places that I found online and no one was available until Monday or they wanted to charge me over $150 just for the call. I was able to find BR Service Experts and scheduled late Saturday night online and Michael Cupp was here by 11 Sunday morning. He was very kind and knowledgeable. My 8 year old was very intrigued by his work and watched the entire time. Michael showed him things and talked to him about what he was doing. This was not expected, he really went above and beyond and made a little boy very happy.

We have been customers of Broad Ripple Service Experts for years. They have both installed and serviced our heat pump, furnace, Mitsubishi mini split (which we love), and tankless water heater. We have been very happy with their service, but never more than today. After 3 1/2 days without power, IPL fully restored our power, then we found that a transformer in the furnaces had been fried and the AC would not turn on. I called BRSE at 11:15 and at 2:30 our technician, Kevin 177, arrived and within the hour we had our AC back. Very happy with Kevin and BRSE.

Called Broad Ripple Service Experts when I discovered my upstairs dryer was not vented to the outside but instead terminated in the attic. David F arrived, assessed the situation, talked over the options with me, and we decided on a course of action. He arrived within the expected time window with a call ahead to let me know he was on the way. He ran the vent to the outside using a much shorter and more efficient vent route, and removed the old venting (which was filled with lint). David F was very easy to work with. Highly recommend.

Ira (tech #111) came today to do routine maintenance on our upstairs and downstairs units. We wanted to make special recognition of his overall professionalism. He was punctual, courteous, knowledgeable, and diligent in doing this routine service that could have easily been a "one and done". He found a worn contact which needed to be replaced in one of the units which likely prevented a future problem. He also made appropriate recommendations for other services to keep our units effective and our home safe. Very pleased with his efforts.

Having just purchased a new air conditioning unit and programmable thermostat but with cold weather requiring heat only, some discrepancies between the temperature set at and indoor temperature shown existed. Aaron was sent and revealed that these newer units and thermostats require a period of time to adjust and will, after about 2 weeks, be synced and very accurate. His explanation of what has and will happen was excellent. Only wish we had known about this at the time of purchase or installation but all is well that ends well.

I bought a Lennox furnace and air conditioner in 2010. I have always had the PLUS Service Agreement and have always had very good service. Dan Tremaine has been the technician on the last two maintenance check-ups. He has called with his estimated arrival time, is always on time, and performs the inspection and tune-up in a very timely manner. He has always been very courteous and professional. I will continue to be a Broad Ripple Service Experts customer because of the service that I receive from technicians like Dan.

On March 30, 2016 David F & Luke of Broad Ripple Service Experts cleaned the vents in my home. They were right on time and the price was the exact rate that I have been quoted earlier. They were very professional making sure that I understood what they were going to do. After the work was completed they verified that I was happy with the work that they completed. We just purchased a new residential furnace and heat pump system from David Ward and he was excellent throughout the sales, installation and post installation follow up process. He came to our house after the system was installed to make sure everything looked good and gave us pointers/advice/directions on how to actually USE the system. Had a new water heater installed. Due to an emergency, installers (different from the person who game me quote) showed up two hours later than scheduled. Were quick and courteous. Original quote included installing new heater, a expansion relief tank, and a upgraded flush valve. No sign of the expansion tank or upgraded valve. UPDATE: Kyle came and completed the additional work quickly and professionally. Broad Ripple Service Experts put in the effort to complete the work and fix the problem.
