I love AAA as a whole. Sometimes you will get that one customer service representative who dont give a darn. Twice i get Janee who is so rude!! First in DC and i needed to use my ins for car rental, she got so rude and nasty that when i called the location she kept hanging up the phone., yes she were hanging up on the car rental manager as well. Now i called into the branch this morning and here she is again. I asked for a quote and I wanted to know what my monthly payments would be, she said i cant tell you what your monthly payment would be. Keep this child from playing on the phone, maybe she can file or work in an area where no public is present.

waited for 2 hours because someone else waiting for DMV had the same first name as i do, the CSR failed to call by first and last name, when i asked the receptionist if they called me she said no, i would be next, big mix up caused me to wait the 2 hours before my turn. The manager was good he apologized for the mix up. They need to improve the customer service.

I was on hold for over an hour. Got into my car and went down to the AV branch office, waiting for another 25 min for customer service remaining on phone. Talked with the local office customer service. She finally asked what I was holding for and I said "For your customer service rep to answer my call."

A very good triple A store as it is generally not busy. Longest wait time usually 5 to 10 minutes. Friendly, helpful staff, lots of parking. Beats the heck out of the DMV any day.
