I did not need to search farther – Joy Estes, Agent and Laurie Barbash, Representative got all the information together I needed within 20 minutes for both auto and home policies, and proved I was right about the unnecessary cost burden and frustration I endured with my present insurance service. Both Joy and Laurie love what they do, plus they have the tools given by State Farm to provide extremely good product values along with their joyful and sincere personal service. Good show, girls! – here’s your bonus -- you get a 5-Star rating along with my check for payment for new, better and less expensive insurance coverage !!

I moved here from out of state about 9 months ago and I have had nothing but amazing service and help from Joy Estes State Farm agency. I had no idea what I was doing when it came to registering my car, changing my license or switching my insurance to Scottsdale, AZ. Even though their job is insurance, the whole staff was very knowledgeable in areas of the motor vehicle division.
