I have been with Farmers Insurance since moving to the Valley in 1994. My account was transferred to Jim Kreisman’s Agency several years ago when my original agent retired. Jim has been wonderful to work with. He is always quick to respond to my questions and a helpful guide for me during various life changes, such as moving from an apartment to home ownership, and the now transition of sale of my home back to an apartment and the insurance needs to coincide. When the right place comes along there will be more changes for me. He also takes care of my car insurance and what the best coverage is. Jim’s associate Ariana has also been a help to me. I feel I lucked out when Jim’s agency got my account.

It was clear to me that jim has a greater depth of knowledge than any insurance agent i have ever worked with before. Jim took the time to explain everthing thing i needed to know in great detail. I got the impression that Jim is passionate about what he does. Insurance is more than a job it seems more like a personal mission to serve and protect. I got a great rate on my auto insurance! I was greeted by Michael and felt comfortable the moment I walked into the office which was very professional looking! I enjoyed the best cup of espresso ever while Jim, my new agent prepared my auto quote. He was very nice and clearly explained all the coverages to me in a language I could understand! Talking to Jim was unexpected. I called to speak to my Farmers agent and was told he had retired. They told me my new agent would be Jim. I called we spoke, went over my homeowners policy.
