Tim Fraedrich was awesome when we bought our house- he was referred to us from our mortgage guy who we trust. Tim made recommendations when shaping our policy, but gave factual data why he recommends certain things- which we picked up a couple additional product coverages. We also switched both autos to him. Super responsive and quick turnaround on all documentation. I cannot say enough good about Tim and the Philleo crew!
